Our Pre-School Group has a constitution and is run by an elected Committee, made up from parents/carers involved with the group. This ensures that all major decisions concerning the group are made by people who use the group.
The Committee is responsible for reviewing both policy and practice and for the employment and appraisal of members of staff.

Our annual general meeting (A.G.M) is held in September when the election of a new Committee takes place.

All parents/carers would be informed of a forthcoming meeting within plenty of time so they are able to attend. Meetings are held throughout the year and hopefully they would be well attended. If you were unable to attend the information would be contained within the next newsletter or minutes are available to view.

We do have an official complaint procedure, but hopefully any problems could be resolved through speaking to either the Pre-School Leader or the Chairperson.
